ACCREDITATION

VANTAGE POINT EDUCATION is fully accredited with quality by the Georgia Accrediting Commission since 2012.


WHO CAN BE ACCREDITED?

To be accredited by Vantage Point Education, a student must be in grades 9-12 and take at least two (2) full-year academic classes at Vantage Point Education each year.  An academic class includes English Literature, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, or Foreign Language.

New students are accepted for accreditation in the 9th and 10th grade only.  An 11th or 12th grade student will only be accepted if they are transferring from another accredited program and are in good standing with that program.


WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR ACCREDITATION?

Each parent must attend a mandatory meeting each Fall.

An annual application fee is required.

There is a separate annual membership fee for each year that the student is accredited through Vantage Point Education.

Transfer students will pay an additional fee,

Completion of yearly and monthly paperwork by parents,

One annual parent/student consulting session to keep student on track.
