THIS COURSE REQUIRES A MINIMUM OF 5 STUDENTS AND/OR ADULTS!
Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese art form that stresses balance and serenity, strengthens the core, stress reliever, lowers blood pressure, doctor recommended.
This particular form of Tai Chi was created by an Australian medical doctor with arthritis.
The class is available on either Wednesday or Friday for one hour.
$40/month for 10 months, August-May, payable at first class per month
A $5 late fee will be charged for late payments.
